LEGAL

Terms of use

Effective July 2, 2026

These terms govern your use of this website, operated by [LEGAL ENTITY]. By using the site you acknowledge these terms. This site describes pre-release software and doesn't sell anything or create accounts — so these terms are mostly about honesty in both directions: what you may do with our content, and what our claims do and don't promise.

1. Informational site; no offer

The site's content is provided for general information about EzraDB. Nothing here is an offer to sell, a license to any software, a warranty, or professional advice. No software is distributed through this site.

2. Pre-release software; forward-looking statements

EzraDB is pre-1.0 software under active development. Descriptions of features marked as in development ("*"), roadmap items, and statements about future capabilities are forward-looking: they describe direction, not commitments, and may change or never ship. Current-state descriptions reflect the version noted at the time of writing and may become outdated.

3. Benchmarks and performance claims

Published performance comparisons reflect specific configurations, versions, dates, and methodology as disclosed alongside the results. Your results will vary with hardware, configuration, and workload. Benchmark results are point-in-time measurements, not guarantees of performance.

Results are derived from the TPC-H Benchmark and are not comparable to published TPC-H Benchmark results. This is not an audited TPC result and reports no official TPC metrics. TPC and TPC-H are trademarks of the Transaction Processing Performance Council.

4. Intellectual property

The site's content, design, and graphics are owned by [LEGAL ENTITY] and protected by applicable law. EzraDB and the EzraDB logo are trademarks of [LEGAL ENTITY]. 6. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no attempts to disrupt or probe the service beyond ordinary browsing, no misrepresenting site content as your own or as ours where it isn't, and no use of the site to violate applicable law.

7. No warranties

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of liability
